The apartment was exactly as advertised, very nice inside with 2 bedrooms, a nice living room area and kitchen, all open concept. There's a little deck to sit out on if the weather is nice. It's in a decent area in Quebec City, very quick walking distance to some great bars and breweries. It is about a mile away from Old Quebec, so heads-up to anyone looking to stay in Old Quebec. We had no trouble walking there each day, but after a full day of sightseeing, shopping, and eating at delicious bistros, we'd take an Uber back to the apartment each night. It was no problem at all. We fell in love with Quebec, and we'll definitely be back!

Highly Recommend!
This one-level condo met our expectations and more. Extremely clean, very comfortable, and conveniently located, we looked forward to spending our evenings relaxing at the Modern Cocoon after long days touring the area and visiting nearby venues. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to our questions and needs. If you are planning a visit to the city of Old Quebec and its environs, I highly recommend this property for your stay!

Perfect place to explore Quebec City
We were very happy with this “cocoon.” It is conveniently located near the main route into the city as well as to a range of public bus lines. We loved that it was away from the most touristy part of time, yet still within walking and bus range. The building was clean, quiet and accessible and the garage parking was a great perk. We did not need to use or move our car for our entire visit. The pace was comfortable with good beds and linen, ac and fans, and good wifi and streaming connections. Elise was a great communicator; very responsive and informative as needed.

So relaxing
Enjoyed our stay at the cocoon. Nicely decorated and comfortable. It is located about a 30 min walk from Vieux Quebec, but the old city was easily accessed by bus or Uber. I really liked the neighborhood because there were shops and a grocery and many restaurants all within walking distance. It was a relaxing place after being in the touristy areas. Very nice to have secure parking, the rooftop space and the small gym.

Quaint, clean and modern condo!
We had a great stay at this modern and clean condo. The location was a nice, a quick walk to Old Quebec about 15-20min. We are a family of 4 and found the accommodations were perfect. We cooked in a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and checked in a few times during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo
This condo was perfect for our time in Quebec. The 4 of us had plenty of space for down time. We are an active family and we accessed Old Quebec by walking. We loved the neighborhood—plenty of restaurants and shops. There’s a lovely bakery just around the corner on Saint Joseph (92). We enjoyed coffee and pastries there every morning (so our walking was needed). Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo is clean, well-appointed, cheery and modern. Great place! We hope to visit again!

Great location
This apartment is in a great location with easy access and parking for your vehicle. From here it is easy to get into old Quebec and to the freeway for some of sites further out of the city. Good eats in close proximity. Nice apartment with good set up and good communication (in English) with the host.

Bright and comfortable
We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it was warm, cozy and bright with a lot of light from the living room windows. We arrived just before Christmas and Quebec had begun imposing quite a few new covid restrictions so we were glad we had a place to cook. We had a few minor issues but the owner was very responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was good, great tv. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, a few sharp knives would have improved it. The art work is very nice and the lighted tree was lovely especially at the holidays. Having the underground parking was a godsend, so nice to come into the garage and just go up in the elevator especially in winter. The check in procedure was very easy. The unit is smaller than it looks in the photos but still quite comfortable. We were two friends, not a couple, and it was just right. I think more than 2 people it would have felt cramped. The smaller bedroom is very small, not even a dresser although there are storage drawers under the bed. We suggested to the owner that a small dresser could possibly fit in the closet, which is quite large. The bedrooms do not have good reading lights so come prepared if you like to read in bed. The neighborhood is not especially attractive just lots of condos and apartments, so nothing pretty about it or any interesting shops, but it is very close to the old city and very easy to get around. Feels quite safe which I think most of Quebec City is. We looked at staying in the old city but we wanted a place that was modern and this fit. Good grocery store within 1/2 mile. Lots of restaurants but many were closed due to covid. One restaurant we especially recommend (we went twice) is La Guele de Bois, 207 Rue Saint-Vallier. Very close to apt. and just outstanding. You would not find it on your own. So sad they had to close for NY eve.

L'appartement en lui-même était propre et vraiment agréable. J'ai aimé le fait d'avoir le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine, du bon café et un sèche cheveux dans les toilettes. Par contre l'immeuble en lui-même n'est pas vraiment propre et le parking du sous-sol est trop poussiéreux et un peu lugubre en général. Peut-être que les propriétaires de l'immeuble devraient améliorer cela pour une satisfaction optimale des clients.

Nous avons eu un séjour extraordinaire dans ce petit nid douillet très bien aménagé et très propre. Très bien situé, facilement accessible, idéal avec parking inclus, parfait pour découvrir Québec car tout est à proximité, très bonnes boulangeries et bons restos à pied de la location. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons cette location !
