Stated the hotel for a nice quiet weekend. It was nice because it was very close to the central area Quebec city. It was a nice warmer weekend so we walked around everywhere. The hotel does not have staff working there, so that was a lot different than what I was used to, but the virtual assistant was very helpful when we had questions and they always answered very quickly. For a hotel without a front desk staff, the technology in the security was very tight and we felt very safe.

Fantastic location! Extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped Would defiantly stay again. The only thing that I feel could be added is a coat hooks as there is not a closet with hanging. Also a full length mirror. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Great stay with some minor problems.
The apt. was great, clean, and stylish, and had everything I needed. It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the old city. A couple minor problems but over all a great stay. The tv by the bed couldn't connect to the wifi because the signal was too low, so it was basically useless. A small detail, but I was really looking forward to just lazing in bed watching tv. As well, I was driving a large utility van, luckily the outdoor parking was available. For a vehicle that size it could not be backed into the spot and I nearly damaged it trying to back it into the very small alleyway. It fit in the front of the spot, but the owners should be aware larger vehicles shouldn't be backed in.

Stay was 4 nights with girlfriends. Area was walkable with many restaurants nearby. Short walk to the promenade and tourist attractions. Felt safe walking at night. We chose this apt because it had 3 beds, a queen and 2 pullouts. Was spacious and clean, 2 bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. We asked for a kettle and it arrived promptly. Management replied immediately to texts. We were on the main floor, there is no elevator. We were able to leave our bags for while on the last day, and felt safe doing that even tho there is no one on site. Only negative comments - couldn’t figure out the TV or even turn down the volume. Perhaps some instructions. The pullout couch in the separate bedroom was extremely noisy when getting up or turning over. But overall, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room was really nice and clean and spacious, but for me the service was superb. Even though the reception was not there in person, they made every effort to ensure we were given proper instruction to get in building and room. Also there is no elevator but host was willing to get someone to help us with our bags. Our contact Megan, messaged us to ensure we were all settled in and had everything we needed. I was impressed, it felt like family. They cared and provided top notch service. I will only stay here if I am in Quebec City again.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It’s close to the main area of old Quebec. It’s near enough to restaurants and cafes but far enough away for it to be quiet and comfortable. The building does not have an elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us. The place is perfectly clean and the bed comfy. We didn’t use the sofa bed so we can’t comment. We did encounter some issues with the two tvs but that was likely due to us not understanding how to operate. We didn’t miss it.
