This floor also includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and one with a shower, adjacent to one of the bedrooms.
The mezzanine gives the impression of a suite superimposed on the ground floor, the effect is so majestic and striking. It is partly glazed, which gives it a lot of light!
This room has a large bed and a small desk area.
But it's in the basement that you'll have the most fun, thanks to its family room with TV, table football and Air Hockey, and its cinema/TV room so well appointed that your children will be happy to be there!
There is another bedroom here with an adjacent bathroom, which will be perfect for guests, your children and/or your guests' children.
