Quiet building
Enjoyed our stay. Condo is in a quiet building close to main business district in St. Roch. Access was easy and all directions for use of property were clear. Condo was clean, but the bed and bath linens were tired. Our first night, we found hairs on the bed linens - both the ones on the bed and the extra set in the closet for the sofa bed -- so we had to do a load of laundry before we could go to bed. That was the only issue we had.

Some issues
The apartment was clean, organized. However we stayed at the building two years ago (different apartment). We had no reason to believe that services we different. But: After trying get into the gym and onto the terrace, we were told that these were not part of the deal. True I didn't pay attention to the small print but why should I? We stayed in the property before. A MAJOR disapointment. The other issue was the TV. It died after a few days and could not get it working. Management put we to work checking different components. Management should have sent a technician over right away. We will not stay there again. And after good experiences with VRBO this was a black eye for your company.

Great location
Excellent location, easy access to the highway and close to old Québec. Condo was exactly as listed. The unit was clean, comfortable bed, sufficiently equipped kitchen. The indoor parking was a definite plus. Would stay there again.
