Pathetic. Don't waste money
It's Old Hotel. Located in centre that's the only advantage. Very poor breakfast and service at prices charged by the hotel. Overall it's pathetic. The staff was so bad they charged 100 MUR for a bottle of water which is available in next shop at 20MUR. Ac doesn't work,Poor Breakfast. Bad Service.

Check in efficient. Aside from the restaurant, we were not very impressed with the overall facilities offered by the hotel or in the room. Table lamps provided with no wall plugs to use, duvet looks and smell not clean, no electrical outlets to use/charge our devices, no hand towels, no coffee/tea making facilities, or even to boil water. Aircon did work! Aside from KFC and a Pizza place, no cafes within easy walking distance. Thought stay was expensive for the type of hotel we found. Okay for one night.

Roaches were found in the room, A/C did not work, Phone did not work, Mildew on the ceiling. Stayed just one night becasue had no choice Moved out the next day, made another reservation through Expedia I expect refund for the nights I did not stay there

The hotel was good, clean and comfortable. Drawback was it had no microwave and/or tea cattle. This being rated 3 star I expected that it would have complimentary breakfast which wasn't there

Staff helpful and pleasant.Room condition very poor and smells of drain. No hand towel and no body cream. No fridge in room. No kettle or a single tea bag in room. No hangers to hang clothes. Screaming noise from next door open market.Staff very good and helpful at all times. Hotel rooms need complete renovation.

Hôtel plus que moyen.
C'est un hôtel qui survis uniquement grâce aux conférences. C'était pratique pour moi juste pour la conférence. À part ça, la chambre était vieille et les équipements annoncés pas présents (coffre) ou non conforme (vieille TV et pas LCD). Peinture des murs qui s'écaille et une grosse blattes le soir. Rien à faire autour de l'hôtel le soir. Il n'y à guère que le personnel qui était agréable. Le prix reste accessible et acceptable. Je n'y reviendrai pas je pense.

HOTEL BIEN SITUE PROCHE COMMERCES
Hôtel bien situé en plein coeur du centre ville avec commerces et restaurants a proximité , chambre grande mais le nettoyage est à revoir pas très propre sinon personnel aimable .

For a few days only
The room was spacious. Close to a market,small shoppingmall and a KFC restaurant.I booked and paid the room with breakfast. But when l checked out l had to pay for the breakfast again. My booking showed with breakfast, but the staff said that it was without. I paid it ,but will never book this hotel again !

The quilt is like a piece of paper...
Got cold after 2 freezing night sleep, ruined my whole biz trip. The only problem is they need to deal with the quilt, don't cover it on your whole body coz that'd be freaking creepy!
