Lovely house

Hi my house is located on a hill about 3 km from the Marina residence beach on the coast between Cagliari and Villasimius in Niu Corbu composed of a room with a comfortable double bed of 600 Sicilian, bathroom with shower, dressing room with washing machine, hallway kitchenette and a living room with a sofa bed queen-size with sofa cushions for double use table chairs and TV. Abroad instead we find a comfortable terrace with umbrella table and barbecue that allows our guests to prepare and enjoy tasty lunches and dinners while enjoying the surrounding landscape. Pets are welcome!

Hi my house is located on a hill about 3 km from the beach of Marina residence on the Cagliari Villasimius coast in Niu Corbu consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable Sicilian double bed, bathroom with shower, dressing room with washing machine, hallway kitchenette and living room inside which there is another queen size bed with sofa cushions for double use of table, bench, chairs and TV. Abroad, on the other hand, there is a comfortable terrace with umbrella and barbecue table that allows our guests to prepare and consume tasty outdoor lunches and dinners while enjoying the surrounding landscape. Pets are welcome!

Quiet, stylish and cosy
Alessandro and David were very helpful and made stay pleasant. Cosy and stylish little house is hidden in the hills and perfect to stay away from city hussle. BTW, the view is spetacular

Un petit coin de calme
Maisonnette dans laquelle rien de ne manque, décorée avec goût et simplicité, dans un quartier calme au milieu de la verdure. A 10 minutes en voiture d'une très belle plage et à 20 minutes de Cagliari. Une voitre est obligatoire pour cette location. Propriétaire disponible et de bons conseils... A réserver les yeux fermés !
