A fabulous extension creates a stunning ground floor with a vast kitchen and dining room with high ceilings all flooded with natural light through Velux window and with bi-fold doors leading onto a rear patio this is a unrivalled place to spend time with family and friends. Upstairs lies a master bedroom with feature window, high ceiling with ensuite alongside 3 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. This outstanding property offers the perfect space for family holidays in Mynytho, just a short drive from the to Abersoch and Llanbedrog and its long sandy beaches.

Not up to expectations.....neglected
Potentially could be very good ....BUT Curtains falling down. Shower in ensuite leaking. Shower seal in main bathroom filthy Crockery in poor condition, needs replacing as do both settees. Lighting poor. View spoilt by big run down shed. Disappointing.
