Whether you are looking for Sun-Drenched days on a beach, beautiful sunsets, world-class fishing, boating, or just relaxing. Our beautiful home offers a luxurious living space with 165 feet of waterfront, nestled along a preserve. This welcoming open concept offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a gourmet kitchen. A Beautiful pool area with a cabana style lanai and summer kitchen/grill. You're never going to want to leave! :)
The space
This home is very open, all on one level, carrying a relaxed elegance throughout, combining beautiful craftsmanship with luxury finishes. There is lots of room to gather in the kitchen with seating for 8 around the table. There are top of the line appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Granite Marble Countertops/5 burner gas stove and reverse Osmosis for kitchen tap and refrigerator. There is an expansive cabana-style lanai with summer kitchen, bar refrigerator sink and Cuisinart Twin Oaks Dual Function Pellet and Propane Gas Grill. Capturing the beauty of tropical with CLEAR VUE SCREENS and time-released citronella misters to keep the bugs away. If you are a boater this is your dream with two boat lifts available to accommodate just about any size boat you want to bring. This is your perfect launching point for leisurely exploring the Gulf Islands of Charlotte Harbor, World-Class Fishing and endless boating destinations with quick Harbor access which leads to the Gulf of Mexico.

You will have access to the entire house (except the garage)The lanai, swimming pool, backyard are all available, as well as kayaks for use with Life preservers.
Other things to note
If you are looking for that special place to create memories, this is it! We discovered Punta Gorda on one of our many trips to Marco Island. Punta Gorda is a vibrant Waterfront community with that hometown feel. It boasts wonderful Restaurants, Marina, Golf course, Shopping, Nearby Beaches, and a pace of life that people from around the world come to enjoy. There are more than 70 events featuring music, art, farmers market, car shows, crafts, fishing tournaments, and many holiday celebrations. About 10 minutes from the house, you can find great shopping and dining at Fishermen's Village. We are very centrally located to many things, interstate 75 is about 5 minutes away and once you are on that you can easily get to Orlando for Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World all in about 2 hours. It's about a 1 hour and 35-minute drive to Tampa/Bush Gardens. Within an hour you can easily take day trips to St. Armand Circle in Sarasota, Naples, Marco Island, Boca Grande, Estero, and many more places I can't even think of right now! LOL ...Oh there is also a ferry out of Fort Meyers that does day trips to Key West. Lastly, we can't forget about all the amazing Beaches that you can get to within 45 minutes, Siesta Key Beach. Lido Key Beach, Ponce De Leon Beach, Port Charlotte Beach Park, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Boca Grande Beach, Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. You will never run out of things to do and honestly the best thing to do sometimes is just Nothing! :)
