Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
