This place was incredible. Not one negative! Staff was very engaging and pampered us with what ever we needed. Food was very fresh, very good choices and at the sports, I always had a fresh beer before I finished the current one. Pools and beach were great… best part! Would definitely go back!

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice. However I was getting married and had a few people joining us, I had called weeks in advance to guarantee rooms close together or even on the same floor as I know it’s based on available the representative told me they would at least put us on the same floor. But to our surprise not even two rooms were on the same floor, I understand again it’s based on availability but not even two rooms?? We were traveling with elders and needed to be close in case of an emergency. Very disappointing. Apart from that they charged us $200 for amenities but the pool was closed…. Don’t understand why they would charge for something that is closed??? And the electors were EXTREMELY SLOW. You could be waiting for an elevator for 15-20 mins. We had to ride the elevator up and then attempt to go down to be able to catch one.

The property was beautiful. It was east to naviagate. Food was decent. Our only downfall was the lack of daytime entertainment. We would have one game in the morning and we were suppose to have Pool Volleyball every afternoon. Did not show up some days. The other games that were on the daily activities rarely happened. We like games. Therefore, we would not return to this property.

Catamaran and all sports kayaking, paddle boarding happening where people swim. Catamaran came 5 inches from my head almost hitting me. Paddle boarder fell on toddler and cried. Surfing kite fell hard in front of a guy and he yelled. I complained twice and nothing ever happened. Told me it’s a private company and they are on public beach. Nice answer no?
