Really great property. Staff were excellent and the food was probably the best I’ve had at a resort. Like all other resorts the alcohol is pretty bad but that’s to be expected. Highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. From the warm greetings to the personalized service, they truly made my experience unforgettable. The beach was absolutely spotless – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. I loved spending our days by the crystal-clear water, soaking up the sun. The hotel itself was also very clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had everything we needed. The location was ideal, only 15 min from airport . I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service and a beautiful beach. I’ll definitely be returning!

The guest service in general was outstanding from the manager to room service. I believe that all what we do as a person is to be dificulte what creates that is when we drink and not behave accordingly. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room condition was not in a good state. Door handle fell of front door, water damage on wall and ceiling. Smelled like mold. The only redeeming quality about this hotel is the staff in the restaurant and coffee shop. They were kind and accommodating. Definitely will never stay there again

My husband and I went here for My birthday and we had a fantastic time. It was mostly quiet and relaxing. The food choices were fantastic though a little bland, and the salt shakers were extremely hard to get salt out of to be able to flavor your food. We did end up doing The blue Lagoon excursion that you can book through the hotel. Have to say it really wasn’t worth the cost. The catamaran ride was just OK and you go to a place where you go swimming in the blue Lagoon. However, you can swim at the resort right there for free. It’s more of a relaxing excursion which you get the same relaxation at the resort. I will, however say the lunch on the excursion was absolutely delicious and it was nice to have free drinks through the whole day.

I'll start with the good. We booked one of the swim up suites and it was worth the extra privacy. The room itself was spacious, and our mini fridge and snacks were always restocked. Bed and pillows were comfy. Towels were extra long and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. They made a note that I was celebrating my birthday and I received a banner on my door as well as a small cake the day of. The not so good: roaches appeared in the room every single night. I also witnessed roaches throughout the resort including at the dinner buffet as well as the pool restrooms- clearly a sign of a serious infestation on this property. For me this is unacceptable at a "five star" resort. While the specialty restaurants had beautiful decor, the food was somewhat lacking in flavor. Breakfast was good but the same selection every single day. I'm not sure if this is policy, but there is absolutely no staff going around the pool or beach area offering drinks to guests. You have to get them yourself. Entertainment in the evening was limited to the weekend. Be aware that any taxi service to and from the resort is $30 EACH WAY so going out anywhere off the resort will cost you. You can use Uber but you'll need an escort to the street level. Overall it was good but left much to be desired for it being a "luxury 5 star" resort.

Only got to enjoy 5 nights this time, but we have already started to make plans to return next year for at least 7 nights!
