*"Absolutely Amazing Experience with VIP Perks!"* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at this resort, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the attention to detail was incredible. The room was luxurious, with breathtaking views, and immaculately clean. The VIP perks were the cherry on top of an already fabulous experience. I had exclusive access to the VIP lounge, where the complimentary snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. A personal butler, access to golf carts with a driver in the event I did not feel like walking, a swim up room that was definitely a highlight when the resort pools were closed early. The priority reservations for restaurants and activities made my stay even more convenient and stress-free. The spa was amazing and definitely a must try. The resort itself was stunning—beautiful pools, pristine beaches, and exceptional dining options. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the service was top-notch throughout. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and their hospitality truly made me feel like royalty. I can’t recommend this resort enough! If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with outstanding VIP treatment, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back for another unforgettable stay!

Very nice people,all the employees were fantastic, Omar our concierge was the best, we had a problem with our original room and he transferred us to a new room within minutes, he’s great!! About the property I think the elevators for the handicap people are very far away from the center of the resort. Another downfall is that when it’s raining there are no halls that connect to restaurants or to the lobby. Overall I think this resort is over rated, I will give it a 4 starts tops.

The staff was very good The propiety the ac Didn't work We went a party of 6 and the rest of the crew. They changed them 3 different room and the AC do not work. They used to close the restaurants because it was a low season. And he had only one restaurant open. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had a fantastic time! The grounds are meticulous, the staff is wonderful, and it's quiet and very safe! Beach is very clean and monitored by security. Water park and pool are fun too for kids! Only reason I don't give it five stars is because I feel the pool and waterpark close to early at 6:00 p.m., also we asked for a partial ocean view on Expedia and we didn't get that. We got a Garden View. When I mentioned that to the concierge they told me to take that up with Expedia and there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that all else was wonderful!
