We enjoyed our stay. The room conditions were not great, but we have visited worst places. The staff were excellent, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the ocean water was VERY unclear. We did not receive nothing VIP related no credit for our room and no discounts.

Both rooms we booked smell very moldy, really unpleasant, air conditioning was old and noisy and smelly, need to wait a long time for hot bath water to come out, on Christmas day there was also a resort wise toilet water issue that run about 2 hours, no toilet flushing during these time in any of the toilets we tried including the guest rooms and lobby toilets. The TV signal was weak and screen freeze very often. The lady at guest service on Dec 22 at 2pm was unpleasant, bossy, over correcting me multiple times for small things like I said there is no availability for one restaurant while she said it is just the time is not best for us, i meant to say there is not suitable time for us but she does not have to seriously corrects me almost like lecturing me. Kids club hours are awkward, it opens maximum 3 hours continuously, in the afternoon it only opens 3-5.

This was fairly good for an all-inclusive hotel. The buffet choices were incredible - possibly the best I have ever seen, although I much prefer a la carte waiter-service restaurants. The a la carte restaurants were excellent. The hotel was quite noisy with constant music and too many children. If I had known about the adults-only Bouganville section next door, I would have booked that. My main criticism is that it was really over-priced for what we got. I think that the prices were hiked because it was Christmas.
