A very good hostel to stay, dining options & center of Punta Arenas are a bit far away (like 10 mins walk), but very cozy & comfortable hostel, with breakfast starting at 4:30am!
I was able to check in very late at night and have a good sleep after a long travel day. Having breakfast on-site was so helpful and just what I needed. The staff were very helpful.
The hostel is owned by the same people as the one we stayed before, where they accidentally charged us the tax that foreigners don't have to pay. I forgot my passport in the first hostel and when we went to retrieve it, they realized that they overcharged us and gave us a discount on the second night to make up for it. Everything worked and was clean.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was small but clean, a little run down. Staff weren't overly welcoming, its a good walk from the bus terminal.
The hotel has expensive for what is received, a neglected space. The room and bathroom too small, the mattress deficient, the toilet almost disrupted, just one plug to be able to charge the electronic devices, the continuous unhooking of the wifi. To finishing, when doing checkout there was no attention staff that had already happened with the person at the reception. In conclusion a very poor experience and attention.
Open plan with bathroom-tight space, but bed was comfortable and good shower pressure which after a long flight is all we needed. 10 minute walk to main area but very close to bus Fernández (same street)
There was some work going on next door which could have done without and as someone already stated walls very thin. Did the trick and value for money in the area.
I stayed at Cordillera on my way to Puerto Natales, so the main purpose was a place to sleep and then take off for the bus terminal.
I emailed the hostal before my arrival and they promptly responded to confirm a taxi pickup from the airport which turned out to be very helpful --there were a lot of people in ques but I was able to leave immediately. They also called to arrange pickup from the hostal when it was time to depart. The staff was able to communicate well with me in spite of my lack of Spanish, overall the service was fantastic.
Unfortunately the rooms aren't even remotely sound proof, and I say this having stayed at many hostels previously. This was by far the most noise-sensitive room as I was awakened at 5:00AM to the sound of someone down the hallway singing in the shower. Sleep was also constantly interrupted as people came in and out of the corridor and you can literally people breathing as they walk by.
I also went out for a run after being serenaded by shower boy, and when I returned I was locked out of the building. I stood outside in the rain for a few minutes until someone heard my repeated door banging (and consequently waking up every single person staying there).
Not great if you're a light sleeper, but otherwise it should fit the bill as an affordable place to stay with helpful transportation assistance.
Nice hostel, good price for Punta Arenas. Location could be a bit more central. Rooms are very small and have a window in the ceiling (no curtain) , so the sun comes in until 11 pm if you are there in the summer. Heating is too strong in the rooms. Otherwise, a decent experience, well worth the price.

Decent hostel
I had a decent stay. They were accommodating of my late check-in. The room (specifically the bathroom) was incredibly small. The bathroom window was out to the hallway, not to outside. The front door is always locked so you have to ring the doorbell to get in. For the price (and being a hostel) it's about what I expected. I didn't encounter any English-speaking staff but was able to make do with a phrasebook.

Nice friendly hotel a little out of the way and a good 15 minute walk imto town
6m2 for two persons are lousy, you can hear every word of your neighbour, no possibility to make the room dark and thats for 66 Dollar. Breakfast and Service was good.
