This was a wonderful place to stay; easy to relax in the tranquil beautiful setting. The quietness in the rooms and comfortable bedding made for a wonderful night’s rest. The staff was supreme only to be superseded by the exemplary wait staff at their amazing restaurant. The food at the restaurant was an amazing delight to my tastebuds . I simply can’t wait to return.

They charged my card an extra night and haven’t corrected it yet, in spite of two requests sent with documentation. The main restaurant and only bar were closed for a special event one of the two nights of our stay. When asked for bottled water for our room we were told to go to the bar to buy it. We had bugs in our room. The coffee maker didn’t work. Although the pool surface is in dire need of resurfacing, we did enjoy the pool area.

Pool, room, property were great. Food was very tasty, but overpriced. Drinks also expensive. Room exceeded expectations. Very little soundproofing, and could even hear people walking around. Several loud parties on a Friday night. Would stay again!

Probably was very affordable very clean and was located with swimming pool access to Lagoon Beach right on property. Highly recommended as it was very affordable compared to other properties with somewhere or less amenities.

The staff were wonderful, and the views are amazing. The resort was stunning at check-in, the pool is awesome. Breakfast is great, and there are groceries and restaurants/roulottes in walking distance.

The duplex was clean and spacious. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Prices for water activities are reasonable and enough to make us want to return again in the future. The vegetation is beautiful. The balcony on the duplex could use a light that is bright enough to see to play games on the balcony at night. The pool needs to be resurfaced. Food and drinks were pricy, but the food was very good. All in all it was a great stay and I would return.

I liked accommodations, rooms are big, bathrooms are beautiful, all very nice and comfortable. food in restaurants are overpriced, drinks at the bar way too expensive and most of all it is no help with late checkout. We have to hang out in facilitiy 7 hours until our flight. We were willing to pay for it and hotel was half empty but we’re not accommodated anyway.
