Dear Mr Michele, We know it is you who did this review. Thank you for praising about our location and we are in the process to answer your email within 3-5 working days in order to be able to respond to your request because refund is not under the management of reservation department. The staff always be on phone to cater customers who are coming from many ways to get accurate direction to the resort. Since you have posted a bad review due to not getting the refund, we actually have been informed by the manager that no refund will be processed since you did not follow the procedure to come to the reception and show the receipt we issued in order to get the refund. We also have no rights to send the money directly to your personal account and this is going to be a fraud action claimed by the company if found to be done. All in all, if you want the refund,you can come back and show us the receipt and we will return it to you. Anytime you can come back as we have the record with us. Either this year or next season or upcoming years. Have a nice day ahead

Hello Caroline. I think we have explained to you very well that the price you paid have been set up incorrectly by Expedia in the system. How come we want to charge the price of one person for two person stay for 1 night? However, we have sorted out this problem and ask you to leave since you refuse to pay. We do not provide any free accomodation to any of our guests. About having dirty accomodation we are sorry for that since we are located nearby the beach, having sands on the floor is a normal thing. When it was too dirty you can actually make direct complain to our cleaning staff and they will clean immediately for your convenience. Please dont be too disappointed by not coming to Perhentian next time. Have a nice day and enjoy the rest of your travel. Thank you
