The location and property were beautiful. Movies were filmed here it’s that beautiful. The room was outstanding. The food however was terrible and so was the staff at breakfast. I asked for a coffee to go for my wife (we paid for breakfast) and they would not allow any food to be taken out of the breakfast room. My wife wanted to sleep in but had to come down just for a coffee.

Great modern clean hotel with friendly & responsive staff. Lovely room, breakfast extensive, evening buffet good value. Spa is excellent including sauna. Inside & outside pool. Easy public transport from Pula bus station/centre 2 & into pula 3. Cost €2 single. Negotiate with taxi drivers first quote €55 last quote €30. Bus to Pula €6. Uber from hotel to airport around €20. Highly recommended

Check in time was about 25-30 minutes (no waiting time) just interaction with receptionist. Check out time was little bit better 15-20 minutes, again no wait time but interaction with clerk on reception. It is unacceptable, cant get it why is taking so long to do just basic task.

This was really a terrific stay - the property is amazing, the staff are kind, helpful and seem like really lovely people. Breakfast is top-notch. Nice water view from the room. Lovely long outdoor pool and close to a beach. Food at the buffet breakfast was good, the dinner was okay but be warned bring your own water or use the tap water as beverages such as water and coffee are included with breakfast but not dinner so bring the water bottle from your room. Overall a nice stay but only a couple of nice staff and the rest were snooty. Not a lot of smiling or happiness around so felt always like I was walking on pins and needles trying not to upset people.

Amazing Hotel
Loved the views. People were friendly, the included breakfast buffet was amazing. The food at the bar restaurant was good. Indoor pool was a nice plus, jacazzui could have been hotter, A/c in room didn’t go below 21c so wish that could get colder. Overall I recommend this hotel to everyone.
