A very basic but clean hotel. Although we requested Gluten Free guest, they managed to make me very poorly & lost a days holiday due to be glutenised!

The Campanile suited our purposes insofar as its situation. We were able to park the car safely and easily and take the bus into La Rochelle. We had a prob with the air conditioning which was promptly rectified/change of room and offer of one free breakfast. The room itself was spotlessly clean but a bit Spartan and the view from the window was poor.

Room was very clean. Nothing in the room not even a bottle of water or a kettle . Only a duvet - no option of a sheet in scorching weather. . Food was awful but service courteous but not over friendly!!

Chambre excellente, propre , parfaite et le plus , volet roulant ( sa change des rideaux pas toujours opaque ). Propreté nickel. Voyage en moto pour nous , parking protégé et à m’a ris des regard ( c’était un atout pour mettre ma moto). Restaurant correct pour la gamme.

Accueil et personnels agréable et à l'écoute, chambre très agréable ,joliment décoré, distributeurs savon dans la salle de bain et dans la douche ,vraiment un plus ,séche cheveux et vraiment trés propre du sol au plafond ,je conseil à 99% ;juste literie pas assez ferme pour moi mais propre et de qualité pourtant ,tous est une question personnel ayant des douleurs dorsales à la base....donc allez y !!!!

Très bon accueil de la part de la réception, aimable souriante et attentive. En ce qui concerne le restaurant beaucoup plus déçue. Diversité des plats légère et répétitive. Pour deux jours de suite on retrouve toujours des plats parfaitement identiques ( hormis la sauce de la viande rouge, le changement du type de poisson ! ) mais une erreur totale dans la réalisation du plat changeant. Là il n'y aurait aucune étoile ( et j'en parle en toute connaissance ). C'est donc au Chef de la cuisine de faire des progrès. Sinon les 5 étoiles sont attribuées à toute l'équipe de l'accueil à l'entretien. Merci
