ABSOLUTELY wonderful resort. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Food is nothing less than amazing. Drinks are poured exceptionally strong lol Listed as a VIP Access Property but the resort has no idea what that means somehow. No upgrades or late checkout. Seems more like an Expedia “thing” than the resorts agreement.

Got a double bed when asked for a king, would not change for us. Hard bed and pillows. Got sick from terrible salty yucky food. Hard and uncomfortable loungers on beach. Only meal that was ok was breakfast. The best thing was your servers: Rodrigo Fernandez and Juaquin for beach service, Probably will never go back again!!
