The only thing that surprised me was a 1,500 pesos security deposit. I’ve never had that at any other PV property. Upon checkout, they checked the room and immediately refunded it. The room was clean and comfortable. I would get an interior room next time. Facing the street I was right across from a bus stop, which could be a little load earlier than I would have liked to have had noise.

This was perfect for my teen daughters and me. We walked to the beach everyday and walked easily to a bunch of different restaurants and street food vendors. I wouldn’t recommend this area to anyone in a wheelchair or using a basic stroller.

Charming and a quick walk to everything. Clean and comfortable beds. -didn’t get fresh towels in our 3 day stay -tv audio didn’t work and didn’t get fixed on 3 day stay -hot water took 30 minutes to arrive and only lasted 5 minutes (staff said “we are solar, this is normal” Construction noise is 7am-4pm Other than these things, it’s a cute local feeling hotel. The suite is spacious and feels like an apartment.

The little rooftop pool is pretty cool. Excellent location, only a few blocks from the beach and boat tours. Many nearby, reasonably priced restaurants. Ultra handy convenience store, right across the street. The famous Pancake House is only a couple of blocks away! The Best thing - was ALL the very friendly and helpful Staff.

Mostly i loved the pool and the little breakfast cafe beside the pool, the cook was very friendly, happy and accommodating, she prepared specific breakfast foods per my request and didnt hesitate to ask if there was anything else she could do for me. I loved staying here because you could walk out the front door and there were any number of nite clubs, taco standsand a pharmacy near by with an ATM machine for instant cash. I would love to stay for a month or maybe 2, but no one was available to help me to arrange for an extended stay. When finally, on the daybi was leaving, i did speak with someone who had some information about an extended stay but she was unsure of the price, the availability and if there was a smaller suite available. So unfortunately i had to book an apartment at Casa Rey Sol in Vallarta by the Marina and i would really have preferred to stay at this hotel.

Very comfortable room and property was nice and clean .construction in the area easy access to cabs, buses . Staff were so friendly and gave us great tops for dining and hair care along with best nail salon. Definitely recommend this hotel centrally located

We stayed here for our anniversary and when we arrived they had put rose petals and candles in our room with a note wishing us a great anniversary. The staff paid attention to what we liked even down to our love of 80's music. We would definitely stay here again!
