It was such poor conditions that I had to cut my trip short and paid for an additional flight to get home. The roof, rooms, and common area (Chill Out Garden) have mold. The chairs in the rooms were old, dirty, and unsupportive. Stray cats were in the dining area. Toilet in the room was clogged and overflowing. I had to use the restrooms by the front desk. The staff members were rude and i felt like i was a bother. I asked for a spoon and it was dropped on the table. Many of the front desk interactions felt like that. It took a while to speak with anyone at the front desk due to a single line and one person manning the desk while there were 3 staff members behind the desk. Throughout my stay I had to ask basic questions like where is the buffet, how do I get to my room, what's the wifi information, etc. There was no elevator to this establishment. I took my bags up to the second floor by myself. I was feeling sick and coughing just like the majority of guests and staff. I knew it was unhealthy to stay there. The property should be knocked down and rebuilt. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.
