A home away from home. Spectacularly rooftop views and cocktails, very comfortable linens and the apartment style hotel really allows a frequent traveler to feel settled in at home, without being home. Highly recommend.

This property is so beautiful. We stayed at an ocean front view it was perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning while enjoying the gorgeous view. The apartment had everything we needed. The staff is incredibly friendly starting with the bellman Ramon, he was so attentive. The checkin ladies were so sweet and informative. Security was always there and really nice, made me feel safe. Our waiter Edgar at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar was the kindest and have us great recommendations. The guys who work the cart which takes you down or up the hill we're the friendliest as well. The location is so convenient everything was so close. Loved the property and everything about it. One minor complaint was the noise of furniture being moved around at 8am, since there's no carpeting you can hear everything.

Amazing.
The location was excellent. Dozens of wonderful restaurants and things to see close by. The apartment had all the amenities we wanted and more! Washer & dryer, full kitchen with cooking supplies, balcony with fan, great AC, and a wonderful pool. Bed was soft enough for me and firm enough for my hubby. Happy hour was an excellent treat too! Many tasty cocktails for excellent price. Will stay here again for sure!

The staff at this hotel were great. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, inviting, and fun. My husband and I would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in PV again. So peaceful.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the Adult only concept. Very Gay Friendly. The hotel is located in the Zona Romantica which is the Center of it all. The staff is amazing all the time. Friendly , respectful , attentive , quick reaction to needs. The infinity pool is one of the best for lounging and watching the Sunset. The restaurant staff is So Amazing and Wonderful. Love this team. From the moment you walk in the pool area the restaurant staff is there for all your needs with Drinks and Food. Major Shoutout to Diego who does a great job of running the team. Cecy she is incredibly wonderful , kind , fun , engaging and a beautiful person. Issac always checking up with us to ensure we were doing great. Renato and Elio were also extremely attentive. Ace team of PV. We will be back again... Thank you all.

The staff is hit or miss, some are friendly and others couldn't care less. The happy hour that they promote is only good for a very limited menu and the rest of the time the drinks at the pool are shockingly expensive. For example 60 pesos for a 500ml bottle of water and 250 pesos for a cocktail. Hotel was clean and the pool is great.

We stayed here for the weekend March 8-10 2024 The rooms are great lots of space and so nice to have a kitchen plus full balcony. The check-in was super easy and everyone was very helpful. The pool is beautiful when it gets a bit windy up there similar to other rooftop pools. The plus side is you always have sun up there so the wind didn’t bother me. Staff at rooftop pool are helpful and the music was easy-going. The only downside to this day was the bed was really uncomfortable but the service staff did everything they could to try and improve the frame while we were staying there. I would definitely stay here again, but only if I plan to buy groceries and use the kitchen/dining space more. if you plan to eat out and be out and about all day, then it’s way overpriced but if you’re going to stay in the hotel room it’s awesome.
