We had an absolutely fantastic stay with our friends, each of us celebrating a different milestone, and the experience was unforgettable! The staff were incredibly amazing, going above and beyond to make sure every moment of our stay was special. He ensured we felt cared for, and his efforts elevated the experience beyond our expectations. I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this resort. First, the zero hassle for checking in. Second, the room upgrade and VIP treatment. The “ALL INCLUSIVE” is just that all inclusive. Comfortable beds. Fresh clean room daily and changed linens and toiletries replenished daily. Guest services were amazingly attentive to our needs if we needed anything. The view from our room was breathtaking. The food was delicious and very well proportioned. The pools (specifically the swim up bar) were lovely as well and was the highlight of my trip. Omg and to be able to scratch another bucket list item off of my list rode on the “Jet ski”. I didn’t want to leave but I will definitely be back in January…

The pool needs a lot of maintenance, there’s a lot of mold/algae. You can see it in the water when you are swimming. The hotel needs to have a ramp with access to the beach for handicapped people. The hotel needs to have some type of entertainment after the night show, maybe like a DJ or live music where guests can dance. The hotel needs to have a few waiters at the late night bar, because if you want drinks around 9pm you have to make line and it’s a big line. The hotel entertainment staff should have more interaction/activities with the guests thru out the day.

Had to book 2 nights here due to a cancellation of our flight last minute, had spent the previous 6 nights at the Marriot down the road. The Hotel itself is dated, dark, kind of dirty, overall not very inviting. The staff was fine enough, nothing extra or special to speak of. Food was terrible , did one dinner and was sub standard for sure. Ended up back at the marriot during the day to use the facilities, and went out for remainder of meals. I guess if your on a tight budget this would be an ok place to stay but if you afford to stay elsewhere.

The staff at this resort were very friendly and accommodating. Wish there were more fans or A/C throughout the resort for example the lobby area. Would be nice if there were more food options especially the buffet. This resort is great for kids as they had lots of kids activities available and entertainment was good as well.

Didnt like lack of dining options and a lot of miscommunication inregards to what was going on with shows/events etc no one really knew what was going on, missed a few shows because of this. Serving staff were all really amazing !

You need to upgrade the TVs in the premium ocean front room. They do not connect to the Internet like the other rooms do and are old model and small. The pool should have more flowing water to improve the water circulation with the number of kids in the pool. Please keep your Fish Hut restaurant open on more days. Other than that, everything was excellent.
