The Blaze restaurant is excellent for breakfast and lunch. Staff is wonderful. Beach is short but beautiful with turtle sanctuary. Property is under much needed renovation. Our AC was not working properly and staff upgraded us to another room.

Such a beautiful property and a lot of restaurant options so you do not get bored of the food. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a place in the lobby where you can plan excursions. They help get you taxis and every time you leave the property they track you which is nice and keeps you more safe. The ice and water is fresh which is HUGE. Went to Cabo one year and got severally sick from the water/ice but no problems at this location (:

I liked that the resort wasn't overcrowded. There was always room in the pool and none of the dining facilities were too full. I traveled in a group, and some of my friends had hot water and plumbing issues in their rooms. My water was amazing. It was always hot and sustained pressure. I appreciated the AC & ceiling fan in the rooms. Most hotels in Mexico don't have good air conditioning, but ours was good in the room. However, it was always hot throughout the hotel (in the dining facilities, lobby, etc) This made it hard to stay out and actually enjoy the hotel because of constantly being hot. The staff was super friendly, but slightly annoying with the "presentation" thing. At times I dreaded going past them downstairs because I would get hounded about doing the presentation. They were never rude, just a little pushy with it even after we were not interested. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the Asian restaurant was our favorite!

En general el servicio es muy bueno, hay meseros muy atentos, Diego, René, Ángel. Por mencionar algunos. El agua de las albercas está muy muy agusto. Lo único que realmente no me agradó, fue el ruido del aire acondicionado, muy ruidoso, realmente no dejaba descansar.

This was my second time staying at this resort and it was definitely not as good as the first time. To start with the check-in process, we had to wait for an hour an a half for our room to be ready in the hotel lobby. Check-in time was supposed to be at 3pm and we were not provided any details aside from the room was not ready. Around 3:30pm we had to had the front desk attendant for an update as they had a shift change. They didn’t know and had to check. The manager came over to tell us it would be another half hour wait for the room and they would do something for the inconvenience. They never ended up doing anything at all. Nor do they offer the welcome check-in drink like they used to. Additionally, right after checking in they now have these employees of the Hyatt parent company Playa in blue shirts who try to sell you on a membership package. They start off by saying they will be offering you a spa credit or romantic dinner, but then it turns into them asking you to attend a 90 minute presentation and they want you to pay $50 for that to ensure you show up. It is worse than getting a timeshare sales pitch at check-in! They no longer offer as large of a beer and liquor selection either. For the 5 restaurants they now recommend reservations to be able to get in and all 5 are never open on the same day. I do not know if they have changed ownership, but the Hyatt all-inclusive resort experience is not what it used to be.

This resort was great. hospitality I will give it a 10 food. Restaurants were amazing. Our favorite restaurant was the Asian food. Jeff sushimar was one of our best chef we had at this resort my daughters and I had an amazing time. The resort was really clean the only downfall on this part was we came in when there was a lot of construction going on couple of days there were two noisy really early in the morning unfortunately we were in the side where the construction was being done but other than that, everyone was very friendly food was amazing. The pools were really clean lots of activities. The private beach was really amazing overall.
