This is a hidden gem, with many restaurants in the area to choose from. There is no coffee service unless you purchase coffee grounds and bottled water for your coffeemaker, but there is a coffee and pastry shop 3 doors down. The rooftop pool area is lovely, but with no bar. Our unit had a full kitchen, so we could bring our drinks up and enjoy the beautiful views.

We have stayed here before with no problems but this time there was an issue. On two occasions when we returned to our room, things were missing. Nothing big or expensive but I would like to think that the maids are honest. We are not likely to be staying here again which is too bad. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, the beach & Malecon.

A "traditional" old-Mexico style hotel in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Not fancy, but clean, safe, great staff, with an excellent location close to restaurants, bars, the Malecon (oceanfront walkway), entertainment, transportation, etc. It's our "go to" place to stay in PV. We are repeat guests and we've stayed in the suite, mini-suite, and studio rooms without complaint.

You get what you pay for…
Stayed in this hotel for seven days and was in two different rooms. Even though the rooms are cleaned daily at your request, they are never sanitized and there is always someone’s hair on the floor or stuck to the clean sheets. The first room, the air conditioner, located above the closet didn’t stop leaking and would leak out from under the closet doors leaving the area next to the bed soaking wet. Maintenance came to our room twice and it’s still wasn’t resolved. The next room we were put in there was a sewer smell coming from the shower drain and the shower drain was constantly clogging. On top of everything, they won’t let you have a guest up to your room even though the guest is not staying the night. For as affordable as this hotel was and recommended by a family member who lives near there I will never stay there again. The only good thing about this hotel is the views and you’re in the heart of everything.

In the first room we got the AC was not working, and we spent our first night hot. The drain from the shower and sink was not working either! I let the front office know and they told me I had to wait till the next morning to get another room. The other two nights were okay but too noisy because there are two bars downstairs on the street.

Perfect place in the Romantic Zone
Our room overlooked the Park with all of the mosaic benches, it was so pretty! We were just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the Pier. There were lots of bars, dancing, shopping, and restaurants within a few blocks. It was a great location in the Romantic Zone!

We stayed in a room on the 5th floor facing the park. We had an excellent view. We could see the ocean when sitting on the bed. A/C worked great. Room could benefit from a refrigerator. Also, it would be nice to have a small bedside light or a dimmer switch for the overhead light. The overhead lights lit up the place brighter than the sun.
