Feels like you are in the middle of the jungle yet the beach is only about 10 minutes away! The shuttle service to and from the beach was very convenient. All staff was friendly!!

Beautiful jungle resort. Lots of smaller warm pools that were quiet. Nice lazy river and 2 waterslides. Very comfortable beds! The main buffet was lacking options but still quality food.

Staff was amazing - everyone super friendly and amazing. Golf carts give you rides whenever needed. Rooms beautiful - loved the decor and beds very comfortable No children’s club but they have scheduled arts and crafts with Edith who was amazing. Kids loved it. Lots of pools so you are never crowded, lots of sitting areas and shade. The view and trees were amazing Bus to beach every hour Uber to take you other places for a good price if required Only thing that makes this a 4 star instead of a 5 star review was the food. 1 buffet with same stuff every day for breakfast - got old fast. 1 restaurant for supper (tepenyaki) other than buffet was good but it’s 1 option with same menu. Lunch was the same menu (3 items to choose from) all were good but got old fast. Taco / quesadilla stands were delicious - but the place needs more dining options. We were told next year they are getting another restaurant but currently that’s the downfall. Again staff amazing - so relaxing - so quiet - loved it We stayed 4 nights - by the 4th day we were ubering to eat elsewhere.

This place is gorgeous, the staff is wonderful, the food wasn't 5* but it was good. I really liked the Japanese restaurant. Ate at the pool bar a lot. The fish crackle is soooo goood! Rooms are great, comfy bed. I would definitely stay again!

Interesting resort in the forest. Perfect for families as there are many small pools and the water is kept warm/hot. Water park and lazy river are great for kids. Missing is a pool for adult and a cooler pool for swimmers.

We had an awesome stay in this gorgeous property, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The pools were clean and a good temperature. The food didn’t have a lot of variety but what they had was very good! French toast was bombbbb! Was a perfect relaxing resort for people looking to go out on excursions and have a more active getaway.

Super clean, jungle environment. Quiet resort. Could use another restaurant for dinner and the beach transport more frequent and later in the evening. Overall great resort. Not your typical mexico all inclusive. Beach staff and food were awesome. Great beach too
