Hotel just in 10 min ( Uber -150 peso ) from Airport, pretty decent.Old rooms, but they do their best to maintain everything, some problems ( as for old buildings, rooms, pools), but you still can enjoy.Very recommend a partial ocean view rooms, have a great total views.Would recommend to get a great quality coffee for at least breakfast, but food in general good ( a lot of beef, pork, chicken), some fish and seafood! Would like more local fruits and Mexican dishes, their desserts need improvement.

Upon arrival, we were informed we were being upgraded to a nicer/bigger/better room. Cool! The room was bigger (not necessary, but ok), had a full view of the ocean and pools (best part of the upgrade BY FAR), had a kitchen (meaning the mini-fridge was up on the counter next to a sink ... not really an upgrade, but hey, how about that view!). But the room was, um, not finished? The TV from the main room was not there (wires hanging out of the wall, don't watch TV anyway, so no worries), the bathroom had a hole in the wall where I'm guessing the lighted mirror will eventually go, and the light switch in the bedroom didn't turn anything on, but the light switch outside the bedroom activated both that room's light and the plug in by one of the nightstands. A little inconvenient not to have a light in the bedroom, but hey, that view was pretty nice! (Main room balcony only had one chair, bedroom balcony had none, but we made do). One week later, we're both feeling the effects of the food; the buffet looked and tasted fine, but knowing what I know now, should have avoided it. A la cartes were well done and the food was good and safe. Probably should've eaten there more often in retrospect. You have to get up real early to reserve a chair by the pool, even earlier to get a cabana. Discovered the upstairs pool halfway through the stay, should've went there everyday for a more relaxed atmosphere. Took 105 minutes (not a typo) to get bags upon arrival ... not the resort's fault.

This was our first stay together at this facility and it was outstanding. We enjoyed the convenience that an all-inclusive provides. We saved money. We especially enjoyed the timely friendly service. We appreciate the facility having easily accessible beach-front property or swimming pools exclusively. We loved that getting to the Malecon was a short taxis ride away.

We had a wonderful time dressing up and going out to dinner at the restaurants; both the food and entertainment were excellent. However, the customer service at the reception could have been more attentive. Additionally, the deluxe room and bathroom could use some improvement, the gym needs better and workable equipment. Overall, we had a good experience.

Reserve una habitación y al llegar que estaba lleno y me asignaron otra habitación distinta a la que reserve. El alcohol se acaba entonces terminas pidiendo de lo que sobra. Las reservaciones para restaurantes de especialidad son ineficientes, abren a las 9 y a las 9:02 ya no hay disponibilidad, y cuando por fin pude reservar en el japonés tuve que pedir 3 veces la bebida, mi platillo llego mal 3 veces y querían que tomara uno que yo no pedí. De preferencia eviten este hotel.

Most of the staff were unfriendly. There were a few that made up for the unfriendlyless of the majority. The food was terrible. The baked potato and grilled veggies were raw and hot dishes were cold, and the meat was awful. Very noisy in the middle of the night. Even after I complained, nothing was done.

Extremely long line for check in and only 2 staff people helping at the desk. Also, food service staff very rude. We ask for fries 10 minutes prior closing the snak bar and the answer was if there are any left you may get some. I ask you still have 10 minutes for closing and the answer was I don't care. Very unprofessional

when we first arrived we were told they were going to “upgrade” us into a “better” room… He even suggested he give hom mo ey for foing us that favor …. when in reality we had paid for a really good room with jacuzzi inside- well it wasn’t an upgrade at all.. the room wad old and almost looker abandoned. We went back to let them know that was not what we paid for and the “manager” wad so rude that he had the audacity to tell us “ well thats how marketing works “ you font always get what you see online,,. he was do rude and so unprofessional… we lost almost 4 hours waiting in the lobby for a resolution… If they got overbooked I would have rather know that but don’t tell us you are upgrading us and STILL ASK FOR MONEY ( as a tip ) for upgrading us!!
