No snack area. Only 1 bar open and not close to pool. No activities available. Staff a bit rude at restaurant you basically have to get your own drinks. They pass right by you abd you have to flag them to get something to drink.

Property is Ok, but should invest more in upgrading the property to an upscale level. The staff are really nice. The view from the hotel to the sea. The best in DR.

The staff were awesome. Always friendly and helpful. On the day I left the woman at the buffet gave me hug goodbye. And the grounds are fabulous. Loved the jacuzzis.

Amazing customer service from the moment we walked into the lobby to the moment we left the reso. Front desk was very accommodating and made it easier for me and my family of 4 to upgrade to the Select side of resort. The place was very clean, quiet and serene. Bartenders and servers were respectful and attentive. The food was decent and fresh. Our last day our server whose last name is Luciano was super attentive and courteous. I have no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely go back

Accomodations were great. Good value overall. Food was horrible. Confusing schedule and locations within the resort, and whether they were open or not. No ATM on site. Did not like the area outside the resort. Would have been 8 out of 10 in another city.
