This place is not what it shows on line!! There are lots of prostitution and illegal substances dealing ..rooms are old from 1970, smells awful, bugs on beds .. not a safe place. Lots of Sanky Panky (google it) I checked in and 30 minutes later checked out..

Loved my stay, rooms a little dated, it got a little rowdy over the weekend with all the locals turning up but was definitely quiet the rest of the time. I didnt loke having to pay for the internet which was intermittent and i have no idea why you would charge for the safety deposit box in the room. Food was good, i question if the alcohol was watered down also...

This is my favorite resort! It's my third time staying here. The staff are simply wonderful, Manolo, junior great and sol is great. The property is beautiful.. I like the rooms they were nice and cool. I always love their shows and their buffet which is on point . I enjoy the Chinese food restaurant and the seafood part or day of the restaurant.. I like the fact that the waiters are on point and very intentive. It was just one day that the Wi-Fi didn't work but luckily you got resolved the next day in the afternoon. The drinks were okay.. the resort have a great welcoming as well with a drink. Me being there few times and recognizing some of the workers it was like seeing old family lol.. I really enjoyed the pools and the pool bar. Only have one complaint which is the gym. The gym equipment there is very dated and it needs to be new equipment because only the treadmill worked.. it will be great if it closed at 9:00 instead of 8:00pm. I'll be back soon everything is definitely four out of five stars

We had a great experience at the check in. However, the room was super small and old. The bartender by the pool seemed like he didn’t want to be there; looked very unhappy and the service was not the best. The food at the buffet was cold and the temperature in the room was outrageous. Was super sweaty while eating

My stay was ok. For the price I paid, I would say I got my moneys worth. The resort was nice but the restraunt options vary each day and you have to make reservations. Each time I went to make reservations, the lady was not there. When I went back there were no more reservation times. Also, when my boyfriend was not feeling good, I was told we could not take the food back to the room. They said only I could make him a plate, have the workers wrap it up and deliver it to the room. I could not have my own to go plate to eat with him because I was not sick. Aside from that experience, they stay was ok. We enjoyed the pool and the lounge chairs at the beach. Food was mediocore, some things were good, some things were bad. 5.5/10 for the food.

en las habitaciones suele fallar el aire acondicionado, me cambiaron de habitacion por un tema de aire acondicionado y pude notar que las quejas acerca del aire fueron muy frecuentes. el servicio en los restaurantes es bueno, y cuando hacen la noche dominicana es lo mejor, pero en sentido general por el precio que se paga, diria que esta muy bien, de acorde con su precio.
