Me & my youngest daughter got bitten by bedbugs.. Their bedbugs in that room 705 I confronted “Charlie” at front desk about bedbugs and showed him pictures about our bites from bedbugs of me & my daughter so know we are suffering pain from the bites. Also I was charged an extra & $30 feed for my 14 year daughter that they claim she’s an adult witch that’s fault.So I wasn’t happy about that at all..

Perfect stay
Been to Rocky point many times, but never stayed at the Playa Bonita hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. After check in with my dog, a staff member came to the door with two dog bowls, a dog bed, and other supplies. I have never experienced this at any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and we enjoyed getting a drink at the pool bar. The only thing that was a little quirky was the elevator, which occasionally would go up and down between the first and second floor before properly engaging.

Quite time
The staff was friendly also very helpful with all of are questions. My husband did an upgrade to our room the staff went out of their way to help me move our bags. The views were amazing. We will be back for sure and have told all of our family and friends.

Excellent sunset views and very reasonable price for the room on Orbitz. The parking lot is not paved so there is a lot of dust and your shoes and car will get dirty.
