It is a nice place with good attention from your staff, they were very kind to warn us that next door there is a night music venue, but other than that the facilities are very good. The pool is an area of ​​opportunity and if there was food it would be a great option

They did not clean my room in the 2 days i was the
They never came clean my room in the 2 days I was there and the worst is this hôtel is located just beside a Discothèque and music so loud till 4 o ´Clock in the morning…Could’n sleep at all … But it’s a nice hôtel…..

En general todo está limpio excepto la alberca. Por el precio está bien, los alrededores no son lo mejor pero está accesible para el andador turístico y la playa.

El lugar es muy ruidoso. Tiene un bar junto y las habitaciones y el ruido sigue hasta las 4am. Además hay una bar a cielo abierto enfrente, con borrachos sentados en la banqueta desde las 12 del día La alberca es muy pequeña, estaba sucia y por lo general hay gente tomando bebidas alcohólicas en el lugar Los colchones están muy duros La televisión no se ve tiene demasiada estática, al reclamar te dicen "nomás muevale al cable y al rato se compone". Tuvimos un incidente donde un lavabo mal puesto se cayó cuando mi hija se recargó y se rompió, lastimando el pie de mi hija. La administración se apuró a responsabilizarnos de todo. Al pagar el lavabo nos cobraron 8mil pesos por un lavabo común (sin pedestal), al tratar de justificar el monto argumentaron "cargos por ocupación de otra habitación y cancelaciones" Argumentaron que en lunes en temporada baja estaban completamente llenos....jamás nos dieron un desglose de los cargos Evidentemente se aprovecharon del accidente para hacer dinero, pésimo lugar, no recomiendo y jamás regresaremos
