The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment is part of a very well maintained, small apartment complex in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. According to the motto of the "Casa Colores" complex, all apartments are individually decorated with color accents. The entire complex has two apartment buildings, each with four residential units. On the way to the houses you cross a colorful flower garden, which lies in complete peace and resembles an oasis. The one-bedroom apartment "Apartamento Naranja" is located on the ground floor and has two sunny terraces, one of them with garden access. This apartment is ideal for holidaymakers who bring their 4-legged friends (on request with extra charge of 5 euros per night and dog).


When you enter the apartment, on the right is the large living-dining room. Thanks to the panoramic sliding window, which gives access to the east-facing terrace and the garden of the complex, the room is flooded with sunlight. The living room has a new sofa bed that provides full sleeping for another adult, as well as a TV cabinet, satellite TV and a dining area.

Right next to the living room is the kitchen. This is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven and a fridge freezer. There will be nothing missing here for a cozy cooking evening.

The bright bathroom with toilet and shower is also equipped with a washing machine and a small closet.

The ample space bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large closet. With its westward facing second terrace of the apartment, this is an ideal retreat to enjoy the tranquility. The sun spoils at this point until late in the evening.

The apartment complex is located below the Taoro Park and thus in the middle of Puerto de la Cruz. No need for a car for daily needs, as the city center with its supermarkets, restaurants, medical centers, etc. is only 5 minutes away on foot - if required, parking spaces are also available. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk. Despite its central location, the area is surrounded by greenery in an absolute quiet zone, so that one could think to live far away from the city.

Alles vorgefunden wie erhofft
Toilettennutzung war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Toilettenpapier im Abfalleimer entsorgen statt in der Toilette waren wir nicht gewohnt. Haben uns dann sofort Kunststoffeutel für den Eimer besorgt. Tipp: 2-lagiges Papier in ausreichender Menge zu Verfügung stellen. Aber das ist klagen auf sehr, sehr hohem Niveau. Alles Andere perfekt.

Super Anlage in der Nähe des Zentrums
Das Gartenapartment war genau so wie im Angebot dargestellt. Moderne Möbel, super Betten, alles gepflegt und sauber, wunderschöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage. Super Service und sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieter. Die Anlage liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Hier lebt man in absoluter Ruhe. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min. im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz. Complete woning voor een vakantie. Netjes verzorgd. Goede ontvangst met vers fruit en fles water. Informatie van tevoren en contact verliep prima! Enig negatief puntje was de weg omhoog lopen ernaar toe, voor ons Nederlanders een hele toer.

Appartement génial !!!
Appartement calme, spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel. Cuisine très bien équipée, ustensiles très propres. Lit très comfortable, beaucoup de rangements, Lingerie suffisante. Jardin idéal pour notre chien, terrasse idéale pour le petit-déjeuner. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Appartement situé à deux pas du centre historique. Jenny qui parle et écrit perfaitement français a répondu toutes nos demandes. C'est une personne très sympathique ! Nous conseillions vivement cet appartement !

Hier stimmt alles! Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage etwas oberhalb des Ortszentrums - relativ zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung entsprach komplett der Beschreibung. Seitens des Vermieters wurde alles getan, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Von uns gibt's fünf Sterne!

Eine Super Woche
Im Apartment war alles sowie beschrieben. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Anfahrt,dank zugesendeten Plan und vorherigen Telefonat sowie Schlüsselübergabe absolut Problemlos. Es gab Tips und auch Anfahrtskarten für Veranstaltungen die uns Extra ausgedruckt wurden. Trinkwasser ist immer in 5l Flaschen für einen angemessenen Preis vor Ort. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es, einen für alle zugänglichen Schrank mit Reinigungsmittel, Handfeger Schaufel usw . Sehr gut durchdacht. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet . Selbst Pfeffer, Salz, Kräuter , Öl und Kaffeekapseln für den ersten Kaffee sind als Basics vorhanden. Sollte mal was kaputt sein wird sich auch sofort darum gekümmert. Alles in allen gut Organisiert, da kann man schon fünf von fünf Sternen geben ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir werden gerne wider kommen wenn was frei ist und es passt. Beste Grüße an alle und noch mal vielen Dank.
