We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the breakdown. We have irons and heaters available for our clients upon request at reception. Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to share your experience with us. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, also the views and the pool on the roof top. We regret, if in your case the access to your room has caused you some discomfort. We have different access to the different rooms, some of them without any steps. We work hard to separate and avoid waste in awareness with the environment. And that is why we have chosen to offer soap in a dispenser and avoid too many packaged items.
