This property is infested with fleas. Walked into the lobby and immediately started to get bit by them didn't even sleep in the room and slept across the street at the rest stop in my car. No way for a refund as this was prepaid.

Night shift staff, John, was very helpful. The breakfast was so poor with one half a bagel and ONE bread available. The original waffel came out tasting sour (maybe the mix was spoiled?) Only 2 apples in the basket, etc. the whole setup was so skimpy. Worst breakfast I ever saw in any hotel.

Disgusting room that reeked of cigarette smoke
We had requested an accessible room in a NON-SMOKING hotel. We got in late and were assigned a room. As soon as I turned the corner in the hallway, I smelled smoke - cigarette smoke. Out room REEKED of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk. The front desk clerk came to our room, said he didn't smell anything. My husband told him to come in the room. Then he smelled it and tried to tell my husband that the smell was because people were COOKING in the next room. I KNOW WHAT CIGARETTE SMOKE SMELLS LIKE. The front desk clerk told us he had no other rooms. So we had to sleep (if you could call it that) in that horrible room. I can still smell the smoke in my head! On top of that, I was starting to get bronchitis from a previous seedy hotel stay, and dealing with the smoke jus made my condition worse. This smell was not something that had happened recently. This smell was an accumulation of smoke from over time. Don't try to tell me that the maid didn't notice it. YOU COULDN'T HELP NOT NOTICING IT. This is shameful and not at al what I've come to expect from Days Inn. Not only should we get an apology, our money should be refunded!

Current rating is extremely generous!
I’m normally not one to complain, but the room I stayed in, #126, is badly in need of a refresh. My bed had a torn bed skirt and several cigarette burns on its blanket. The bathroom sink had very weak water pressure and there were hand/face prints all over the windows.
