Very unpolite and unprofessional staff. No room service. There's a Keurig coffee pod machine but they only provided one pod per stay. Sadly, the only option in Lomas de Angelópolis.

A pity ! Rooms lack maintenance. Broken closet panes marked with an X. The bed cover ripped. The fridge did not work. No floor mats and hand towels in the bathroom. You didn’t get a sense the room was clean. Several mosquitoes in the room. Just a very bad experience overall.

Everything was great except for the issue the stuff had with our AC. In the first room we’ve been in we didn’t have hot air in the AC then they had to transfer us to another room but it didn’t have cold air option in the AC. Temperature in the rooms was always an issue. Overall it was pretty nice.

Sería conveniente tener la misma calidad que encontramos meses atrás. Ahora, las toallas estaban deshilachadas y percudidas, la regadera goteaba y el piso estaba lleno de sarro. No hubo cuidado para darnos toalla de manos al día siguiente y la obtuvimos hasta que la pedimos. Si la habitación se paga para dos personas porqué sólo ponen una cápsula de café?. Creo que todo estaba mucho mejor hace algunos meses. Ojalá vuelva a estar como antes porque tiene una muy buena ubicación.

Hotel is starting to fall into disrepair. Windows are dirty, pool shades are ripped. Needs new paint overall. Restaurant is permanently closed. Feels understaffed.
