Worth a try
Was a great place to stay for the price!.. was a bit difficult to find if it weren’t for google maps, uber is always 2/3 mins away though which was a plus! A bit far from all the action in the center of the city which was the only downfall... parking readily available and doorman is present 24hours as long as you give them estimate time of arrival.

En una noche nos dejaron afuera sin llave no sólo a mí y a mí esposa a otros huéspedes también y tuvimos que entrar por la ventana de nuestro cuarto

Muy mala experiencia, no los recomiendo
Muy mala experiencia. Realice la reserva con 20 días de anticipación de 2 habitaciones, el día que llegamos no tenían sistema, aún y mostrando las reservas desde el celular, resulta que no tenían habitaciones. Finalmente asignaron una, espere más de una hora en el lobby para que vieran cono resolver. aún y cuando 3 días antes me enviaron whats app de OYO hotels para confirmar nuestra hora de llegada etc, lo hago no sirvió de nada. Al final tuve que compartir cuarto con el otro huésped. Otra cosa muy odiosa, lo ruidoso que son los cuartos y no tenían wifi. Mi cliente se quejó del lugar conmigo, jamás volveré.

El peor hotel que me ha tocado
Sin exagerar la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, para empezar no abrían la puertaoara seguirle en el estacionamiento estaban haciendo reparaciones y dejaron lleno de tierra mi auto, para cerrar con broche de oro no me di cuenta y la cama tenia chinches

Estancia hotel tollan
La estancia es bastante cómoda, está aproximadamente retirado el hotel de la plaza de Cholula como 6 cuadras(si debes de caminar). Lo recomiendo muchísimo ya que el costo es bastante accesible. Tomar en cuenta que la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado.

Hotel cómodo, limpio, accesible y seguro.
El hotel esta en una zona muy cerca de la zona turistica de cholula, varios lugares para comer, cuenta con estacionamiento muy amplio y cerrado por las noches, es una zona tranquila sin ruido se duerme bien, la cama es comoda, la regadera cuenta con agua caliente en todo momento cosa que se agradece bastante. El personal muy atentos. En definitiva regresaré. Muchas gracias!
