Style without substance
Claimed to be open 24 hrs. I got there about 6pm and the whole place was locked up. I called and could hear the phone ringing in an empty office. And to make it all perfect this all was happening during a thunderstorm and got there by taxi. I stood in the rain for 30 minutes until someone showed up. Had to pay cash cause they didn't take credit cards. Bath so small they had to put the sink outside of the door. Oddly enough the closet was a walk in and large. No AC or fans so I had to sleep with th he Acadia door open but that's ok cause it had no lock or way to secure it anyway. Id only stay here in a pinch.

La atención en check in fue muy mala, nos dejaron esperando afuera un tiempo considerable, cuando la persona encargada llegó tenía una muy mala actitud, grosera, no nos informo dónde es el desayuno, en donde dejar el vehículo, ni a bajar las cosas del auto, realmente fue el momento muy desagradable. Hay mucho ruido por parte de los empleados en las mañanas y por las noches permiten que los huéspedes pongan volumen alto y griten. No nos dieron la contraseña para wifi, el vehículo se guarda 2 cuadras adelante y el desayuno es en otro hotel. Las habitaciones cuentan con lo necesario, la cama y las almohadas son muy duras

Bien pero
En general estuvo bien el hotel pero tiene mejor en algunos aspecto, en tener ms limpiezas en cobijas porque no cambia todos días, que sea un poco más grande en baño y se tapa el bañera y se tienes que esperar se vaya el agua para bañarte, el desayuno nos dieron tarde el sábado, teníamos planes. El desayuno debería tener mas y la chica en recepción nos trató mal. En todo lo demás nos fue bien

NO LO RECOMIENDO
Me presente 11 pm informe de la reservación y me dejaron esperando en la calle 15 minutos me indicaron por micrófono que si estaba la habitación y que esperara, fui a cenar regrese y me indicaron que ya no había habitaciones que no me respetaban porque pasaban las 12 pm 1. Dicen que su había reserva 2. Me dejan 15 min esperando 3. Me dicen que no hay habitación 4. Y no respetan lo que me habían dicho querían que esperara hasta que se les ocurriera abrirme en la calle La recepcionista groserisima sólo me dijo que la persona que me había dicho que si ya había salido u que ella no podía hacer nada que no había lugar
