Clean rooms. Good service, an ok breakfast. On the suite, the fridge was way too noisy. The view is horrible as it has a gray concrete building in front of the window. And it seemed that only with a car you can get along what is "near".

The hotel is excellent, however food is not good... We drove from Campeche about 12 hours... We were exhausted and ordered room service... Price was excellent cheap but the quality was terrible... I would suggest going out for food. Breakfast was decent however coffee was terrible... The pastries were extraordinary

I really liked that the staff was so friendly and courteous, always trying to help. The breakfasts included during my stay were excellent. There was a variety of food and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The pool and the gym have a very nice view. The water was perfect but unfortunately the rain didn’t let me enjoy it any longer. All the facilities were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the strong smell of humid in the bedroom. They tried to fix it but it did not work. In general, I recommend this hotel for its Staff (Receptionists, bellboy, Servers and specially the men in charge of the Pool) excellent service, food, pool and activities.
