Pretty decent property with good rooms. Good price on staying there so no complaints. Had air conditioning, had desk space, good outlets, and good washroom.
This is a nice and new hotel and the location right near the river and a few dining places was nice. It is a quiet little town but the train station is a bit of a hike away. The local bus RB160 is the way to get there more directly for. The Salzburg HBF. The location is a bit more industrial than I realized but it was fine as the river and Waldbad Anif Naturbad close by made up for the lack of other amenities in the local area. Short bus ride to Hallien or Salzburg if you want more things to do. The rooms are not well insulated and the drains are very loud, even when others flush the toilet or shower. The price was right for a
couple of nights and being outside of the city.
The hotel was NOT open! Completely deserted. Not even furniture in the lobby. The hotel left a note with a phone number- number not in service! Tried to call through the Hotels.com app- still didn’t work/not in service. After driving six hours to show up at your fairly expensive hotel to find it non-operational- very, very, very disappointing and incredibly frustrating!
The daily clean was very poor. I think they just empty the bin, change the towels and fold the duvet. No sweeping or cleaning takes place.
No coffee or tea facilities in the room.
Checkin was awful. We reached at 14:30 but was arrogantly told by the receptionist that the checkin time is 15:00. We chose to wait in the balcony and she removed the shed leaving us in the scorching sunlight. We had to leave and wait in a nearby restaurant.
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, how "on earth" can they forget to keep a toilet paper. Overall horrible experience and we are never coming back.
The room is clean and looked very new. Also, they have added security where you need to scan your room card in order to access the floor. The only thing I would comment is the triple bedroom is quite small, barely fit 3 adults with luggages.
Will recommend this to one who travels with Car.If not its 900m walk from train station. Also frequency of trains are less to Salzburg.Room doesn’t have any kettle or coffee/tea arrangements.
Air conditioning is good. We booked double room (18sq meter)with hotels.com and the room can put 2 big luggages. The window is thick enough to block noise from outside. Breakfast is basic but good enough for the price. Staff is helpful and sincere.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The rims and the general conditions where not very well kept
Hotel staff somewhat indifferent. They give lip service but are NOT sincere about things at all. If you can deal with that attitude, the hotel itself is okay. Not great but okay.

Technical issues
Air conditioning did not work, the air in the room was heavy, not a good night.
A better version of Travelodge from the UK, though my room backed on to the railway line which was quite noisy.
Everything is an add-on, including the Wi-Fi which I have found to be included in other similarly priced hotels.
