Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Puberg, this charming new apartment of 2023 and air-conditioned of a surface of 45 m ², being able to accomodate comfortably 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, a sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Mezzanine :
- Two beds (90x190)
The mezzanine is not recommended for small children, as access to the staircase is not safe.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared, unfenced garden with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- At your disposal: tennis table, basketball hoop and soccer goal

The apartment is ideally located in Puberg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close (between 8 and 15 km) to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Excellente base pour une visite de la Moselle Est
Propriété parfaitement équipée, très bien préparée et entretenue, au calme. Sa situation géographique constitue une excellente base pour visiter l'Est de la Moselle. Le propriétaire, disponible et attentionné nous a bien aidés à valider les choix de visite que nous avions préétablis.

Really nice stay in Puberg
The appartment is located on the outskirts of Puberg, realls close to nature. It is fully equiped with everything you could wish for, including access to the beautfiul garden with chairs to enjoy the sun, a table tennis table, badminton bats and other games. The interior is well chosen und beautiful so that my friends and I really enjoyed our 5 nights here. I can only recommend coming here to anyone, who wants to spend a super calm and relaxing vacation with some outdoor activities. The contact with the landlord was super easy and helpful at all times. Boulangerie and supermarkets are in car-driving distance.
