Our room had a horrible chemical smell, like a nail salon. We stayed three nights and the smell never went away. Unpacking yesterday, all of our clothes smell too. We didn’t have enough time to mess around changing rooms.

The swimming pool area was one of the cleaner pool areas we've been to in a long time. That was nice! The breakfast items offered weren't great, too much of the same thing every day, and it would be nice to have some good gluten free options.

This place works best for families or shared room but separate beds. We arrived at 3:30 pm and housekeeping only had one room cleaned. It had a nice view of the parking lot. We killed six bugs crawling on the windows and two on the sheets in the middle of the night. I awoke with a bug bite. Small pool was occupied with children and teens. Halls were hot and dirty. We never received a room key. "Hot" breakfast was cold. Other than that, average stay.

Great Place Slow Checkin
Everything was perfect except for the check-in. The young man checking in did a great job, but he was the only one there on the Fourth of July and the line was really long and took us about 30 minutes just to get to the register. It was really strange that they only had one person working the counter. This was the longest check-in we’ve ever had. Other than that, everything was perfect.
