Great location!
Was in Provo for a family fishing trip and the location made it super easy to meet up with our family and catch some fish. Quick access to highways and major roads made our trip extremely easy!

Super convenient to BYU
This was our 2nd time using Halley’s basement apartment this summer for 6 days while my kids attended sports camps on campus. It’s so close and convenient to BYU. It was plenty big for the 5 of us and offered great amenities, my favorite being the in-unit washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Great space, very functional for family.
I stayed with my kids while attending sport camps. It was the perfect place to relax after long days. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. I enjoyed the washer/dryer in unit since we stayed for an extended period of time.

Great rental close to everything!
This rental worked out great for us. The mini fridge was a little too small for what we needed and froze everything we put in it, but other than that, the hosts were great. It's a really cute and clean rental, and it worked out great for us!

I was denied a refund even though I called to cancel well within the time limits
I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th, 2024.

Awesome Property
Property was perfect for our needs. Felt like coming back home every evening versus a hotel room. The two bedrooms are at either end of the space with a hallway and bathroom between. There is a full sized washer and dryer which was perfect for our needs for the week. There is also a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge. Lots of counterspace. The listing stated a 1 full bath and 1 half bath but there was only a full bath which was fine. Highly recommend this place! A++++++
