The Brasswood Cottage is a two-story house located at 1 Winthrop, immediately next door to the Brasswood Inn. This modern cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and onsite parking. The first floor features a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, sleeper couch, smart TV, and a half bath. Slider doors lead onto the side patio where the historic barber pole still stands. The second floor is an open-concept bedroom suite with a king bed, bathroom and shower with frosted glass separation, three skylights, and views of the Pilgrim Monument. There’s also a private balcony overlooking Commercial Street with a peak of the Cape Cod Bay. Maximum 2 adults. Pets permitted. Unfortunately, no children permitted. BOH-24-255.
