Clean and comfortable, nice bedding/linens. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired aside from fresh homemade muffins. Breakfast area is SMALL. Very friendly staff.

Although a little out of town, this makes for a peaceful, spacious place to stay. The courtesy buggie was very good. We liked the room we stayed in, it was very comfortable. The breakfast pastries and muffins were very good quality but I'd have liked to have seen more healthy options like fruit salad, natural yoghurt, muesli etc. And not out of plastic containers. There was far too much use of disposable plates, cutlery, cups, tumblers. It was unusual only having the room serviced every three days but it suited us fine and is actually more ecological unlike the use of disposables elsewhere. All in all, a very good choice, I'm glad we stayed here.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Been coming to P-Town for 30+ years and this was our first stay here. Will come back. the room is a tad dated but large and has coffee pot, fridge and Apple TV. free breakfast daily, the muffins are AMAZING! wish the windows could stay open so we could get a breeze.

The staff are super nice & friendly. A buggy will take you into town. Room is big and roomy and we had a sunset view. Pool is lovely. The pastries for breakfast, the cookies and the cake are all very delicious. The location is up A Slight hill & the views of trees and sunset are gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We have a particular concern small otherwise everything was great! Staff, food, and area were amazing, but one little thing was itching away at us, the humidity in our room.. and the slight humid smell. Maybe adding a humidifier to the rooms will fix the issue.. hand to god, we loved the staff and we left our hearts there! Thank you for accommodating us!

Gorgeous location on top of a hill in the quiet end of Provincetown. Gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. There is a golf cart shuttle to take you in and out of town and the pool is beautiful and heated. You can order food and drinks to be delivered to the pool and hot options for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

The Seaglass was extremely clean, welcoming, and perfect for a weekend stay. The location is convenient and walkable to all Privincetown’s attractions including Commercial Street and the National Seashore. There is a complementary shuttle available along with breakfast and a pool.

Propery was nice, clean, plenty of parking. The np-cost shuttle that will get you to town and back was fantastic. It runs most of the day. In particular, the staff was amazing, friendly and ready to do anything to make your stay more pleasant. Cannot recommend them enough!

Our room was definitely clean but that's pretty much where the good ends. We're in our 70's and thankfully we're in good shape because we were given a room in the farthest building on the 2nd floor, meaning we had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Our room didn't have a foldout luggage rack to put our suitcases on. It also didn't have a table. It had "Apple TV" only, so there was absolutely no access to normal network tv, and their internet went down for the better part of a day and night. Our bathroom door was badly warped and wouldn't close properly. The shower head fell off when I turned it on, but luckily I was able to screw it back on. The table issue was annoying because they offered a continental breakfast in the lobby with very, very limited seating, leaving us with the option to take our food back to our room and sit on our beds to eat it. Luckily there are 2 breakfast restaurants about 15 minutes walking distance away that we chose to eat at. We did manage to pilfer a small metal table from a corner in the alcove at the stairwell on our floor so we could eat supper in our room. We were told that the owners removed all the tables from the queen rooms and put them in the king rooms.The "heated" pool was beautiful, but I would dare say that saying it is "heated" would be a bit of a stretch. All in all, this is an older motel that looks good on the face of it, but the new owners need to pay attention to the finer details if they expect to be successful.

Amazing location. Near beaches, near Provincetown with lovely and eclectic options for shopping and dining. Staff is friendly, grounds are well maintained. We have returned multiple times and will be back again.
