It boasts a kitchen outfitted with high-quality appliances including Frigidaire oven, cooktop and GE refrigerator/freezer, and dishwaher, a Colzer wine fridge, and elegant dinnerware, cutlery, and glassware. The kitchen seamlessly opens out onto the large screened terrace , which leads down to an outdoor lounge complete with a firepit and a stone pathway to the lower pool terrace.

From the pool terrace, stairs descend to the outdoor shower and from there meandering stone pathways that lead to the water's edge. A private jetty provides access to the ocean for enjoying complimentary paddleboards, kayaks and the floating ocean hangout.
