Love this resort! Clean! Very friendly staff! Super quiet(my biggest positive)! It’s nice to have the restaurant on property. Plenty of chairs on the beach and towels for use. Every morning the beach staff have been very accommodating in assisting us with umbrellas and side tables! It’s all the little things that add up to help make this a very enjoyable experience! Definitely worth a return trip! Very relaxing! Thank you Royal West Indies for a great time!

We booked this trip through Expedia, which included a two bedroom suite as well as a studio room for my family. I thought the property was charming until I woke up with multiple bites on both of my legs. After the second night, I woke up with additional bites on my legs. I requested to be moved to another room but at that time, they could only give me one room. I stayed in that room minus my family for the third night. The next day, after I literally showed a staff member my legs,i was greeted by the operations manager, Stephanie who moved my family to another two bedroom suite. After unpacking, we noticed dozens of bugs crawling over pillows in the closet, as well as all over the closet walls and ceilings. I will attach these videos and pics. I burst into tears and Stephanie seemed shocked as well. They literally moved me from a bad room to a visibly infested room. They immediately bagged and discarded the pillows. We had to wait until 12:30 am to get moved to get another two bedroom suite. This suite was bug free, but rest assured they did a proper inspection this time. To say this experience was traumatic is an understatement. I would never stay at this resort again. They clearly have a bug problem and they aren’t following the proper precautions. We did not have a problem with my daughter’s studio room. However, this was a family vacation and she in a completely different building from us after we were moved. When I stay at a hotel, I assume it will be pest free.

The beach and grounds are just lovely, as are the staff members. One big disappointment was the lack of drinking water! No small shop on the premises to buy forgotten items or WATER! In most 4/5 star resorts we've visited have a way to replenish one's water bottle....rather than having to go into town and find a grocery shop. Also, the service in the very nice restaurant was very slow. My husband had finished his elegant dinner before I was served. Sorry. The manager tried to help out....but dinner was far from enjoyable.

The staff was amazing from the concierge Tushae who set up all of our excusrions for us the manager DeAndra who help set up a birthday surprise for my wife. The guys who work the towel and chairs spot were great the quantity and quality of chairs were good. The pelican bay on site restaurant was awesome breakfast lunch an dinner Also filled with awesome people bartenders Herby MJ and Val server Joel all were great. Walking to other eating and shopping spots (grocery store) was about 1/2 mile good use for the free rental bikes on site. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Pools are nice. We enjoyed every bit of it.

Minutes from a beautiful white sand beach. While the apartments are outdated, only the bathroom was recently renovated, the outdoor gardens are very well maintained. Apartment had a washer/drier, a mini kitchen and there was a happy hour at the bar every night. I just wish there were more restaurants nearby the hotel. Food in general in all restaurants is just ok and very expensive.

We've stayed here twice now and the staff is so professional, pleasant and helpful. It truly is a great value while staying in Providenciales. The beach is amazing and the location is central, but do recommend renting a car to get around the island. We are planning to stay here when we return again to Turks and Caicos.

This is our go to location when visiting TCI. 2nd time this year and have been staying well over 15 years. Beautiful grounds, easily accessible rooms and amenities grounds, employee retention most over 20 years. Recently renovated bar and restaurant. Excellent beach service.
