The hotel has everything you need. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Maybe a little dated but to me cleanliness is key and it was. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely go back and recommend it. The shuttle is a nice service and Ocean Club West is a minute walk from plenty of restaurants and shops

Ocean club east is a beautiful resort. We typically stay at west so I was a bit worried about the location, however the shuttle b/w east and west makes it effortless to get to the shops and restaurants. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean view and it was a beautiful room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The beach is as stunning as always, the beach at west is a bit larger with regards to the amount of sand separating the water and the hotel. It is also more level at west. However, the water is just as beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs. We had dinner at Opus twice which was some of the best food we had. The beach bar also had great food, the live music was a nice touch in the evening as we could hear it from our balcony. The screened in balconies make it so that you can sit out and enjoy the beautiful view all day and night. I really do not have any complaints at all. The shuttle runs right from the morning, every 15 mins with the last shuttle departing west at 10:45pm. It was an absolutely beautiful stay, I would not think twice about returning to Ocean club east!

The property was beautifully landscaped, the units modern and well-kept and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The shuttle into town made trips into town very convenient. The food at the resort was very good, but like all the restaurants in Turks and Caicos very expensive.

friendly stafff. far from restaurants and shopping. 1 restaurant on site that serves all day dining and 1 other restaurant thats fine dining. tennis court, gym, bikes on compound. convienece store on site a plus. ac unit in room was a but loud, washer dryer and kitchen a plus. grill stations on compound. had a neighbor disturbance on our last night that prevented us to sleep and rest.

Really nice and convenient, I wasn’t aware that there was work being done right outside of my room so I was up every morning at 8am due to the noise. I didn’t get to sleep in on vacation. Pools need to be cleaned daily because of the bugs but the place is up to par especially with service. I would stay again.

Love the small resort. Very safe feeling. Our ocean view room was a little disappointing compared to the room we had last year. This year the room was more expensive. Cabana bar and grill food was excellent except for my Bloody Mary - very bland and disappointing for $14
