Only a 3-minute walk down the staircase to our very own private beach set up with 6-beach chaise and two large beach umbrellas.

Enjoy a luxury 5 bedroom, 6 bath villa with a full Game Room with shuffle board, pool table, ping pong, Jenga, Connect 4, and other games to play on rainy days and all the comforts expected for the ultimate Caribbean getaway.

It is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This private escape was designed to blend in with the natural surrounding lush flora, perched atop the ridge at the perfect angle to view the shoreline and the Turks and Caicos sunshine.

Turtle Ridge is also centrally located to the fun-filled nightlife, restaurants, bars, supermarket and 4-minute drive to Grace Bay restaurant and shopping district. Close to the weekly Fish Fry, happening every Thursday on the Children’s Park in the Lower Bight, don’t want to go, listen to the music and festivities right from your pool deck.

We had an amazing trip. This property was perfect for us. Jasmine was so helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone. It is perfectly located to airport and restaurants at Grace Bay. The beach was a short walk and so private.

Amazing property
From the moment we checked into the time we left turtle Ridge felt like a home away from home. Very spacious accommodating 10 people, and with a car rental very convenient to any place on the island. This property looks better in person than it does in pictures believe it or not. I highly recommend this as your next vacation spot.

Fantastic family house
Wonderful home for our family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone (7 adults & 2 infants). We all enjoyed both pool and beach; easy walk to local restaurants. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Property manager (Jasmine) was very helpful and quick to respond to a couple minor issues.

Beautiful Villa!
Our stay was great. We were welcomed with a rum punch for a tour. The villa was very well equipped with cookware, glasses and other items (beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler back pack for the beach). The beach is a walk down some steps and a path to the beach. A nice pool with an amazing view compliments the outdoor spaces (fire pit, outdoor kitchen, covered porch area with comfortable furniture). We also enjoyed the game room playing pool and shuffle board. Another bonus is the sound system (Sonos) which gave us the flexibility to control the music from our phones (download the app prior to going and connect to their system). Location is nice and much less crowded than grand central Grace Bay. Locking gates all around - security was never a concern. Working with the property manager was very convenient as well - quick responses to any questions. Just a great place!

Beautiful Home in an Amazing Location
Turtle Ridge Villa had everything our family of 10 could need. There was plenty of space, allowing everyone to have privacy—yet the layout was ideal for bringing everyone together in the common spaces. The pool and outside grill area was fantastic and the short walk to the private beach was something our family thoroughly enjoyed. We rented two SUVs and we were less than 5-10 minutes from all of the popular restaurants and shopping areas. A true home away from home.

House is beautiful, well equipped and layed out. Beautiful views throughout. The management staff was terrific , and very helpful. Although only a few minute walk from the beach, there is a long stairway going down which may be a problem for some.

We had a family wedding at Wymara. It made sense for us to stay at a VRBO. The property was everything as it looked and then Some!!! Very clean!! Amazing views! Many extras included! Having everything at your fingertips! Well stocked house including bath soaps, hair shampoos and conditioner and body creams. Bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and light blankets for the fire pit. We all enjoyed all of the amenities!! We rented a car however, jasmine was wonderful. She called for taxi service a few times and they came in a very timely manner! We felt like royalty. Would definitely rent this house again!! ❤️

Property is beautiful. Concierge extremely helpful. Everything was as promised. Only negative in our trip was the airport - one of the worst departure experiences. Airport is old, in dis-repair and poorly run.

Everything about Turtle Ridge was amazing!!! Our concierge was fabulous and super responsive and helped us with booking dinners and excursions prior to and during our stay. The welcome crew were so wonderful, waiting for us with cool towels and rum punch when our flight was much later than planned. The property was even better than the listing and was perfect for our group’s needs, from the 5 king suites to the pool and the beach. It had everything we needed, especially the phenomenal ice machine that we had working overtime! Would absolutely highly recommend!!!!

Amazing stay with friends/family. We had five couples & this house was spacious! Paid extra to have the pool heated and glad we did! Just got home from this property today. Overall, our family was very pleased. The property manager / house concierge ((Jasmine) was great and answered all my questions / addressed any concerns very promptly - which was greatly appreciated. The house was phenomenal but it wasn’t the best setup for young children. That’s not a knock on the house - but something I would mention for others who may be looking to bring kids under 5 to consider. We had several slip and falls around the slick pool when wet - and the over the garage suits are nice - but small and not connected - which caused a small issue for us and the younger kids. Otherwise, a great trip with my family (9 in total at the house). I’d love to go back with friends and without the kids but if that fits your group - you should love this property.

Our family of 7 stayed at Turtle Ridge the week before Christmas and had the best experience! The house is perfectly situated, close enough to Grace Bay resorts and Turtle Cove, where we ate often. The beach is gorgeous, and pretty private. The house itself is amazing, and Jasmine was there to take care of all of our request. I highly recommend this villa!

The house was absolutely stunning and Jasmine, the property manager, was so responsive with little maintenance things that needed handled quickly and she also helped us out with travel needs. The location of the house was exceptional. You walk down some stairs, cross the street and there you are walking on to the beautiful beach. It was our first time in Turks and Caicos and it definitely will not be our last. Our group decided our next travel to Turks, we will stay in this house again. Lovely experience.

Great vacation home!
We throughly enjoyed staying here at Turtle Ridge! Jasmine, the Property Manager was amazing! She was super helpful and answered all our questions so promptly! We were greeted with cool towels and a yummy punch! The house is absolutely beautiful! They have everything you need from snorkeling gear to beach chairs and floaters! Loved the outside living space, the pool, and the fire pit! The kitchen is fully stocked even with a very convenient ice maker. It was nice having an individual AC unit in each room. Loved the Sonos Sound System and the two washing machines and two dryers! The beach is a quick walk, less than 5 minutes. The owners make sure you have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing vacation! I would highly recommend this place! It’s like your own private resort!

We really liked the layout of the house. Three bedrooms (each with its own bath) are in the main house and two bedrooms are above a detached garage. The main house has an open floor plan with a large glass sliding door that opens out to the pool, which has great views of the ocean. Jasmine was very attentive and helped make our stay great. We would definitely stay here again.

A Birthday Dream Come True
The villa is AMAZING, so much space to hang out, cook and eat, lounge in the incredible infinity pool, sit at the fire pit. The view is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully, and my god the beds are so comfy, I will dream about that bed! The walk to the beach is quick and easy and we had the entire beach all to ourselves! A dream come true! Jasmine and her team provided service like I have never experienced, so quick and friendly and thorough. The sound system was great, we had fun, middle aged dance parties by the pool! We were a group of seven friends (one couple) and it was perfect, enough space for everyone to unwind on their own or hang out and socialize. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Great Villa
Villa is well outfitted and very well managed. We loved the pool and beach toys and even played some ping pong. Villa is very comfortable, and the views are outstanding. We had them heat the pool (additional fee) and our kids spent half the week in the pool—and the pool setup is perfect for kids. We’ve stayed in Grace Bay area 5 times now and would absolutely recommend this rental.

Amazing stay
There is nothing not to love about this property. The location is fantastic, the place is fantastic, the view is fantastic. The beach is a walk down several stairs and a little over a block. The umbrella and chair set up was perfect. A car is a must , but I feel that's most everywhere on T&C if you want to experience the islands. Jasmine was wonderful to deal with and would reach out to us to ask if we needed anything (which we didn't). We have 5 couples and the bedroom set up was perfect. Thanks for a great stay - can't wait to come back.
