We visited for Spring Break 2023 with our 3 kids- ages 17, 15, 12. If you are looking for laid back, off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle- this place is for you. It's a good 15-20 minutes down a 3 mile dirt/gravel road to get anywhere. But we didn't mind, it's exactly what we wanted! We loved the property. The ocean is beautiful, the pool is clean and well maintained, the hot tub nice and hot! The staff is very friendly. We loved watching every sunrise every morning, seeing the sting ray, watching Peter (the pelican) fly by, turtles, conch shells.
The condo itself is very nice. A couch in the living room that folds out to a king bed was handy for our youngest. Food on the island is expensive, be prepared. You'll need to rent a car if you stay here, it takes a constant reminder to drive on the left side of the road! If you go, you should check out the Fish Fry in town on Thursday evenings- food, vendors, live music. Lunch/Dinner at Las Brisas with boat/snorkel ride of Chalk Sound with Adler. Check out Taylors Bay, Sapodilla Bay Beach for sunset, Smith's Reef for snorkeling, walk to the tip of the island to see the sunset. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!
