The staff were very friendly. The building was very noisy. Thin walls and floors mean sound transfer all through the room. The food was not good. The table game limits were overpriced. The hours were odd to play. The benefits of staying in the casino are very few. I would stay in a different hotel next time and travel to casino instead. Especially for the price of the rooms.

I think this is very nice property I just wish there was more for children, complimentary breakfast and room service. I also had some other issues but won’t speak on them because the service rep handled with the manager. They have great customer service. They also have a beautiful pool that stays open late and my children enjoyed it.

Bed was very hard. Limited food options during the week, places like The Shipyard said they were open when we were there but they clearly were not. Have to walk through all the cigarettes from the hotel to get to the non-smoking section.

Cigarette smell is overwhelming.
Our hotel stay was really nice in Rhode Island. The only complaints we had, is the terrible smell of cigar and cigarette smoke. As soon as you walk in from outside, and as soon as you walk through thr doors from the hotel to the lobby, the smell is overwhelming. Its really terrible in the casino also, but that is expected. Also, the pool was out of service the whole time we stayed. We really wanted to swim.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family when the hotel was overbooked. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel because we were in town for a tournament, but the location was perfect for what we needed and having a Dunkin Donuts on-site was a huge bonus for our mornings! Would recommend it for any travel plans. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and casino. We as adults could gamble at night and during the day we could go in the pool and eat in the restaurants as a family. All staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate. We were there for a sporting event for our son at nearby Bryant University but we would definitely stay again.

The room was very basic. The bed was kind of hard. The room was not disgusting but not clean. I looked at the trimming around the room and it appeared it was never cleaned.
