The only drawback was the hotel bar was not equipped to handle parents weekend. The limited staff was upset with the amount of business and seemed surprised it was busy.

Great hotel and location. Rooms are large and well appointed. Check in was seamless and efficient. Valet parking is stellar. Breakfast is free, but may want to go to one of the many local places. Same with the lobby bar. Great walkable local places to choose from

The staff were extremely helpful & very compassionate. The breakfast covered almost anyone’s wants or needs. Although the valet parking was $38/day , the Laz staff would run the distance to retrieve a vehicle & return it with a smile.

We parked at the convention center garage across the street, much cheaper than the hotels valet. Our experience at the hotel was amazing, we were offered a free room upgrade, the bartender went out of his way to let us borrow a wine stopper, and everyone was super friendly. The room was immaculate and very spacious.
